We realise public building plans as overall solutions, ready for immediate occupancy, or partially finished individual works. We also take over all planning tasks and architectural services according to our clients’ wishes prior to the competent realisation.

With much experience in cooperation with public authorities, we have realised schools, swimming pools, management buildings and business buildings.

In partnerships with public organisations, we also offer long-term cooperation for the cooperative operation of the facilities. With the initial operation phase of the units, Eggersmann Facility Management connects with the initial operation phase of the units in close contact with civil engineering.
