The Rietberg Central wastewater treatment plant was expanded to a design capacity of 60,000 inhabitants.

As part oft he bypass Langenholzhausen, the bridge is going to be built as a 3 section prestressed concrete bridge.

Construction time was from August 2008 until August 2009. The multi purpose hall offers place for a sporting area, consisting of 2 volleyball fields, 6 badminton fields and one football and handball field.

Turnkey construction of a fire brigade depot with 2 parking lots, from July 2008 to December 2008 for the municipality of Troisdorf.

The planned construction volume was 23 million Euros. The theater can accommodate 480-530 people, the stage is accessible from all sides. Plus an impressive lobby and storage and rehearsal rooms, all according to the latest state of the knowledge and technique and all with the restrictions due to the tight and narrow innercity site of 100 x 150 metres. Because of the local building regulations and the direct vicinity of the water tower under monument conservation, the height from ground level was restricted to 26.5 metres. However, the site is already part of the local skyline. The construction works did start in June 2008.

For the council of Straubing, the building was erected from May 2008 until October 2008. Warm startup was in November 2008, final acceptance of the fully functional plant was in February 2009.

The highest demands were made on the exposed concrete character during this construction project. All corners and concrete section were made with sharp edges. The casing and anchorage points were subject to a precise specification of requirements.

The heat insulation was given special consideration during the execution of this project.
